As a Salesforce Partner, follow the steps below to get started on your journey.
Step 1 - Join the Partner CommunityThe Partner Community provides you with access to other partners so you can share information, receive product updates, get notifications about upcoming releases and participate in events. It’s also your gateway to the Partner Learning Camp.

Contact your company’s Partner Community administrator and request access to the Partner Community

Complete the Salesforce Partner Community Trailhead module to learn about the Partner Community

Login to the Salesforce Partner Community

Join any relevant product chatter groups.
Step 2 - Access the Partner Learning CampThe Partner Learning Camp self-paced courses help partners prepare for the Accredited Professional exams. To access the Partner Learning Camp:

Go to the Partner Community

Click the “Learn” tab

Click the “Start Learning” button on the Partner Learning Camp tile
Step 3 - Register for Office HoursProduct Office Hours are held on a periodic basis. They provide partners the opportunity to learn more about upcoming features, announcements and release schedules. Plus, partners can engage directly with product team members to ask questions. You can register for those and other events in Partner Learning Camp.
Step 4 - Complete Trailheads and Partner Learning Camp CoursesUtilizing the Partner Learning Camp, partners can learn the basics of the core Salesforce platform as well as gain an understanding of different products and their capabilities to help prepare for certification exams.
Step 5 - Take the Accredited Professional Credential ExamsLearn about credential exams, how to prepare, and register, here.
Step 6 - Attend Implementation Expert Workshops - Virtual & LiveAttend workshops to augment your implementation expertise and advance your knowledge parallel to product releases. Find Implementation Workshops in Partner Learning Camp events by filtering for Type = Workshop. |
