Step by Step Guide to getting started with Partner Cloud

If you are brand new to Partner Cloud as a Salesforce Partner, follow the steps below to get started on your journey.

Step 1 - Join the Partner Community

The Partner Community provides you with access to other partners so you can share information, receive product updates, get notifications about upcoming releases and participate in events. It’s also your gateway to the Partner Learning Camp.

Follow the registration process on the Partner Community User Manual or contact your company’s Partner Community administrator and request access to the Partner Community
Complete the Salesforce Partner Community Trailhead module to learn about the Partner Community
Login to the Salesforce Partner Community
Join the Official: Partner Cloud Experts group

Step 2 - Access the Partner Learning Camp

The Partner Learning Camp contains partner enablement content and access to Salesforce demo orgs. To access the Partner Learning Camp:

Go to the Partner Community
Click the “Learn” tab
Click the “Start Learning” button on the Partner Learning Camp tile

Step 3 - Join a Partner Enablement event

Attend webinars and workshops to augment your implementation expertise and advance your knowledge parallel to product releases. Check the Partner Enablement Calendar for upcoming sessions!

Demo Org Access

Where do I get access to a Partner Cloud Demo / Developer org?

Partner Cloud licensed orgs are available on the Industry Demo Org - Tech (IDO-Tech), available on Partner Learning Camp. Check out the Partner Learning Camp User Manual for guidance to sign up for a number of different demo orgs through the Partner Learning Camp.
