Step by Step Guide to getting started with Service Contact Center
If you are brand new to Service Contact Center as a Salesforce Partner, follow the steps below to get started on your journey.
Step 1 - Join the Partner CommunityJoin the Partner Community to keep up with information about the Partner programs and access partner only conversations and documentation.

Join the Official Service Cloud Experts group on the Partner Community is monitored by Partner Success.

Ask questions and share information with your partner peers.

Access files that are available only for Partners.
Step 2 - Access the Partner Learning Camp
Once you are in the Partner Community, sign up Trailhead and then for Partner Learning Camp (PLC). PLC is where enablement materials and curriculum for partners may be accessed. You will need a Partner Learning Camp account to take any Implementation Expertise Workshop.
Step 3 - Demo Org AccessOnce you are in Partner Learning Camp, feel free to Browse for Service Cloud curriculum or courses. Check out the option to spin up your own Demo orgs. Some Demo Orgs are unlocked after you complete specific training. For Service Cloud needs we usually use the Simple Demo Org (SDO), but if you do not want a lot of demo configuration/programming you can try the Clean Demo Org (CDO). Review the Demo and Dev Station information in the Partner Community. |
