Step by Step Guide to getting started with Order Management
If you are brand new to Order Management as a Salesforce Partner, follow the steps below to get started on your journey.
Step 1 - Join the Partner CommunityThe Partner Community provides you with access to other partners so you can share information, receive product updates, get notifications about upcoming releases and participate in events. It’s also your gateway to the Partner Learning Camp.

Contact your company’s Partner Community administrator and request access to the Partner Community

Complete the Salesforce Partner Community Trailhead module to learn about the Partner Community

Log in to the Salesforce Partner Community

Join the Order Management Chatter Group
Step 2 - Access the Partner Learning CampThe Partner Learning Camp self-paced courses help partners prepare for the Accredited Professional exams. To access the Partner Learning Camp:

Go to the Partner Community

Click the Learn tab

Click the Start Learning button on the Partner Learning Camp tile
Step 3 - Register for Office HoursThe All Commerce Product Office Hour is held on a periodic basis. It provides partners the opportunity to learn more about upcoming features, announcements and release schedules. Plus, partners can engage directly with the Commerce, Order Management and Payment product team members to ask questions. You can register for the All Commerce Product Office Hour here.
Step 4 - Complete the Partner Learning Camp CoursesUtilizing the Partner Learning Camp, partners can learn the basics of the core Salesforce platform as well as gain an understanding of the Salesforce Order Management product and its capabilities to help prepare for both exams.
The Foundations courses provide an understanding of the underlying Salesforce core product to set up the partner for success when learning about Order Management.
The Get To Know courses are a deep dive into the capabilities of Order Management and are a great way to learn the product from the ground up and prepare for the Accredited Professional exams.

Step 5 - Take the Accredited Professional Credential ExamsThe Order Management Accredited Professional credentials allow Partners to bench mark their technical competency as an Order Management Administrator and an Order Management Developer.
Access to the Partner Learning Camp is required to register for the exams.
