Step by Step Guide to getting started with Revenue Cloud Advanced
If you are brand new to Revenue Cloud Advanced as a Salesforce Partner, follow the steps below to get started on your journey.
Step 1 - Join the Partner CommunityAsk questions to product experts and access enablement resources.
Step 2 - Access the Partner Journey MapThe Revenue Cloud Learning Journey contains all product-released enablement content beginning with the Generally Available Release (Spring '25) through to the current release. To complete the hands-on exercises create a scratch org utilizing the TF ID: 0TTWs000000kixJ
There are some additional steps required to fully setup the org to engage the Spring ’25 Release Enablement Content:

Go to the App Launcher→ Product Catalog Management → Index and Search Configuration → Rebuild Index → Full Index Rebuild

Setup → Salesforce Pricing Setup → Sync (This is for refreshing all Pricing DTs)

Refresh ProductQualificationDT and ProductDisqualificationDT in Setup → Decision Tables

Update the Document Generation Settings in Setup. Go to Setup → Document Generation Settings → Select "Edit" on the DocGen record. Enable the "Enable Batch Document Generation" toggle and change the value for "Batch Docgen Percent Limit per Hour" to 100% by entering a value of "1" in the field. Press Continue.
Data Cloud
Once you have taken the above steps, initiate the process to enable Data Cloud by filling-out this google form. A team member will field your request and enable Data Cloud on your newly created org. Post provisioning of the license, follow the “Steps to setup DataCloud and CSV Import on the target org” in this quip.
Step 3Get hands-on using Revenue Cloud Advanced leveraging the Partner Developer Edition (PDE) from the Demo Org tab within Partner Learning Camp.
