Join other groups by Region or additional product interests

Since you already have to use your Trailblazer identity to join the Partner Community, join the Trailblazer community as well.
Step 2 - Access the Partner Learning Camp

For Partner focused events and training, log into the Partner Learning Camp.

Specifically for Customer Service Management, you would do most training in Trailhead, but can explore all the licensing and capabilities by using Demo orgs available in Partner Learning Camp
