Step by Step Guide to getting started with D2C Commerce
If you are brand new to D2C Commerce as a Salesforce Partner, follow the steps below to get started on your journey.
Step 1 - Join the Partner CommunityThe Partner Community provides you with access to other partners so you can share information, receive product updates, get notifications about upcoming releases and participate in events. It’s also your gateway to the Partner Learning Camp.

Contact your company’s Partner Community administrator and request access to the Partner Community

Complete the Salesforce Partner Community Trailhead module to learn about the Partner Community

Log in to the Salesforce Partner Community

Join the Salesforce D2C Commerce Chatter Group
Step 2 - Access the Partner Learning CampThe Partner Learning Camp self-paced courses help partners prepare for the Accredited Professional exams. To access the Partner Learning Camp:

Go to the Partner Community

Click the “Learn” tab

Click the “Start Learning” button on the Partner Learning Camp tile
Step 3 - Register for Office HoursThe All Commerce Product Office Hour is held on a periodic basis. It provides partners the opportunity to learn more about upcoming features, announcements and release schedules. Plus, partners can engage directly with the Commerce, Order Management and Payment product team members to ask questions.

Step 4 - Complete Trailheads and Partner Learning Camp CoursesUtilizing the Partner Learning Camp, partners can learn the basics of the core Salesforce platform as well as gain an understanding of the Salesforce B2B and D2C Commerce products and their capabilities to help prepare for the exams.
The B2B and D2C Foundations courses provide an understanding of the underlying Salesforce core product to set up the partner for success when learning about Salesforce D2C Commerce.
The B2B and D2C Get to Know courses are a deep dive into the capabilities of Salesforce B2B and D2C Commerce and are a great way to learn both the B2B and B2C products from the ground up and prepare for the Accredited Professional exams.
Experienced B2B Commerce implementers can benefit from the Create a D2C Store on B2B Commerce curriculum.

Step 5 - Take the related Accredited Professional Credential ExamsGiven the substantial overlap between the B2B and D2C Commerce products, partners wanting to specialize in D2C should consider pursuing the B2B Commerce Accredited Professional Administrator and Developer credentials.
This allows partners to benchmark their technical competency on a more complex product with 90% of its DNA in common. From there, you can join one of our Connected Commerce workshops via the Partner Learning Camp to grow your expertise.
