Look up your prerequisites qualification status. Enter your Trailblazer ID URL and we'll send the results to the email address associated with your profile.
Your status will be emailed to the address linked to this Trailblazer profile.

Your certifications show on your Trailhead profile but aren't appearing in your status report? This usually means your Trailhead profile employer name and your Trailhead certification profile company name don't match. Salesforce uses the company name to map certifications to your partner account — if the two names differ, even slightly, your certifications won't be linked. Follow our step-by-step fix guide.

Make sure your Trailhead profile is set to public. If your profile is private, we won't be able to verify your qualification status.

Please wait for data to sync for 24–48 hours after completion of a qualification before checking your status.

Instructions to update your Trailhead profile
- Step 1: Go to your Trailhead profile:
salesforce.com/trailblazer/[username] - Step 2: Open Certification Privacy settings under the Certifications section on your profile.
- Step 3: Update your profile information:
- [Partner Firm Name] Click Employer and update your Partner Firm Name under the Company Name section. Click save.
- [Location] Click Addresses to enter your current home address. Click save.
- [Email Addresses] Navigate to Email Preferences › Trailblazer settings › Connect an Account. Add all email addresses associated with your Salesforce activity — including the email used to create your Partner Learning Camp account and complete certifications through Webassessor or Pearson VUE.
